<strong>The Opportunity</strong>

<br>Weâre looking for a hands-on <strong>Restoration Supervisor</strong> who can lead by example in the field while supporting emergency response and restoration projects from start to finish.<br> 

<br>This role is ideal for someone who thrives in physically active environments, understands water/fire restoration processes, and takes pride in delivering quality work while maintaining strict safety standards.<br> 

<br>Emergency response availability after-hours and weekends is required.<br>

<strong>What Youâll Do</strong>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Perform restoration and remediation services for residential and commercial properties</li>
&#9;<li>Bring affected structures to dry standard safely and efficiently</li>
&#9;<li>Set up containment areas, drying chambers, and emergency response equipment</li>
&#9;<li>Monitor and document moisture, temperature, and humidity readings on job sites</li>
&#9;<li>Complete moisture maps, field logs, and photo/video documentation</li>
&#9;<li>Handle contents cleaning, HEPA vacuuming, disinfecting, and preparation for storage</li>
&#9;<li>Operate restoration tools and equipment while performing preventative maintenance as needed</li>
&#9;<li>Follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety procedures at all times</li>
&#9;<li>Work in active job site conditions including confined spaces, elevated surfaces, and hazardous environments</li>
&#9;<li>Support after-hours emergency response services when needed</li>

<strong>What You Bring</strong>

&#9;<li>2â4 years of construction, restoration, water/fire damage, or environmental remediation experience</li>
&#9;<li>Strong understanding of restoration and hazardous material handling procedures</li>
&#9;<li>Ability to safely operate tools, equipment, ladders, and scaffolding</li>
&#9;<li>Strong attention to detail with documentation and field reporting</li>
&#9;<li>Valid driverâs license with clean driving record</li>

In this role, youâll be responsible for designing and supporting engineered wood product (EWP) solutions for residential construction projects. <strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO:</strong><br>
In this role, youâll take full ownership of the companyâs accounting, payroll, and administrative functions while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Youâll handle day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks (Desktop and Online), including recording and categorizing transactions, reconciling accounts, maintaining the chart of accounts, and generating financial reports like profit and loss statements and balance sheets. Youâll also prepare and track budgets across multiple entities, manage cash flow and fund transfers (including foreign currency), and support projects by reviewing quotes and tracking progress. Payroll will be fully your responsibilityâyouâll collect timesheets, process payroll through Paychex and an international provider, track PTO and benefits, and handle year-end documents like W-2s, T4s, and 1099s.
<br>In addition, youâll manage HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee files, onboarding new hires, conducting background checks, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Youâll work closely with CPAs by providing financial documentation, oversee property-related finances and operations (including taxes, vendors, maintenance, and reservations), and maintain corporate records, insurance, licenses, and reporting requirements (including Canadian filings). Youâll also help manage office operations, coordinate logistics and deliveries, communicate with stakeholders like HOA members and property managers, and support ownership with various administrative and operational needs as they arise.<br>

In this role, you will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and making necessary repairs on a variety of light- and medium-duty trucks, as well as heavy construction equipment. You'll work with a diverse fleet, including specialized machinery such as pavers and rollers. If you're not already familiar with a specific type of equipment, weâll provide the training you need to succeed. This position offers a great opportunity to expand your skills while playing a vital role on a collaborative team made up of both seasoned and newer mechanics. Your work will directly contribute to the safety and reliability of our fleet, helping to keep field crews operating efficiently every day.<br>

Experience with <strong>manual transmissions</strong>, <strong>hydraulic, air, and electric brakes</strong> (brake certification preferred), and <strong>DOT inspections</strong> is important. You must be comfortable using <strong>computerized diagnostic tools</strong> and have your own basic toolset, including wrenches and sockets. A valid driverâs license is required, with a <strong>CDL Class A preferred</strong>, and flexibility to handle seasonal workload changes is essential. You should be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work both independently and as part of a team to keep our fleet operating smoothly.<br>
