Key responsibilities include leasing, conducting income certifications, coordinating maintenance, collecting rent, fostering positive tenant relationships, and ensuring compliance with community rules.<br>
For those assigned to a HUD Project-Based portfolio, successful completion of the HUD Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) training will be required within the first year of employment.<br>
