Gantry Crane Operator
Location: Woodland, WA

As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a skilled Gantry Crane Operator to join our team.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Gantry Crane Operator to oversee the safe and efficient operation of our 100-ton gantry crane. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crane operation, with a focus on safety, precision, and teamwork. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the production of innovative concrete solutions for various construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate and maintain a 100-ton gantry crane to lift, move, and position precast concrete elements within the production facility.
Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure the crane is in proper working condition, reporting any issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
Interpret work orders and lifting plans to determine the optimal positioning and handling of concrete components.
Collaborate with team members to coordinate crane movements and ensure the timely completion of production tasks.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to minimize risks and prevent accidents in the workplace.
Maintain accurate records of crane operations, including daily logs, maintenance reports, and incident documentation.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Gantry Crane Operator, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
Valid certification or license for crane operation, with proficiency in handling large-scale equipment (100 tons or higher).
Strong understanding of crane safety protocols and industry regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness, with the ability to operate the crane with precision and accuracy.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and production schedules.
Physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as required.
