WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Clean kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, fans, and filters.
- Conduct system inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with fire and health regulations.
- Travel to Fairbanks and Kenai for cleaning appointments, with occasional overnight stays.
- Follow safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals safely.
- Operate cleaning equipment and manage supplies.
- Communicate with clients and schedule appointments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Physical stamina for demanding tasks.
- Attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic mechanical skills and reliability.
- Ability to travel and stay overnight as needed.
