Opening: Yard Maintenance Associate
City: Renton, WA

As active members of Associated Builders and Contractors, we leverage our network to support your needs. Plus, with our fleet of 12 trucks and heavy-duty equipment, we have the tools and horsepower to implement effective solutions.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented yard maintenance associate to join our construction company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and functionality of our construction yard. This role is essential for ensuring that the yard is safe, efficient, and well-maintained to support our construction operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Yard Maintenance
- Equipment and Material Handling
- Safety and Compliance
- Support Construction Operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in yard maintenance, landscaping, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working in a construction environment is a plus.
Other Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to and from the construction yard.
- Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Clean Background Check and Clean Urine Analysis.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Physical demands include lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects.
- May require early morning or extended hours depending on project needs.
