Position: Yard Associate
Location: Ridgefield, WA
Pay: $18
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Day Shift), Overtime as Assigned

What You’ll Do:
As a Yard Associate, you’ll be responsible for loading and unloading materials and maintaining the yard in a safe, organized manner. This role includes:

Stacking and bundling rental components
-
Operating forklifts and using power tools
-
Completing necessary paperwork
-
Loading, unloading, and stocking product
-
Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
-
Assisting with other duties as needed

What You Need to Have:

Forklift operation experience

Ability to regularly lift up to 100 lbs

Basic math skills

Ability to read and write in English

Strong sense of responsibility and safety

Good problem-solving and teamwork skills
Preferred:

Experience with building materials, hardware, or construction

Familiarity with warehouse or yard operations
