Job Description
Position: Welder/Fitter
Location: Vancouver, WA 98661
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts (Day shift, Evening shift)

My client is a dynamic company seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter to enhance their team. They value expertise in blueprint reading, stick welding, and operating power tools. If you are detail-oriented with experience in rigging, plasma cutting, and sheet metal work, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Perform welding tasks using stick welding techniques.
- Utilize micrometers and other measuring tools for precision work.
- Operate power tools and machinery, including press brake machines.
- Conduct rigging operations for moving heavy materials.
- Perform plasma cutting and machining tasks as needed.
- Work with various metals, including sheet metal.

What You Need to Have:
- Proven experience as a Welder/Fitter or similar role.
- Proficiency in stick welding techniques.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship.

- Ability to commute to Vancouver, WA 98661Â
