What You'll Do:
We’re looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our hands-on team of certified professionals. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality custom iron pieces for both residential and commercial clients. You’ll read blueprints, measure and cut materials, perform MIG/TIG welding, and assemble ironwork that meets our standards for both function and aesthetics. This is a shop and field-based role, requiring strong attention to detail, pride in craftsmanship, and a collaborative spirit.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and weld iron components to precise specifications
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Operate fabrication tools and machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform quality checks to ensure durability and appearance
- Install finished pieces on-site as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of welding/fabrication experience preferred
- Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Welding certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
- Must be local and available to start soon
