Welder Fabricator
Location: Oak Grove, OR
Pay: $26/hr+, DOE

What You’ll Do:
- Perform high-quality welding and fabrication tasks using various techniques (e.g., MIG, TIG, stick welding).
- Fabricate and assemble components according to blueprints and engineering specifications.
- Execute precise welds on a variety of materials, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Operate tools and equipment such as grinders, saws, and torches to prepare materials for welding.
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot welding and fabrication challenges to meet tight deadlines and project specifications.
- Work collaboratively with the shop team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.
What You Need to Have:
- Minimum of 2 years of welding and fabrication experience
- Proficiency with MIG, TIG, and stick welding techniques
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience working with a variety of materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, and steel
- Knowledge of proper welding safety practices and procedures
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining fabrication tools and equipment (e.g., grinders, saws, torches)
- Certification in welding (AWS or equivalent) is preferred but not required
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
