Job Description
Position: Welder Fabricator
Location: Clackamas, OR
Pay: $26–$32/hr (depending on weld test)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

We’re a manufacturing company based in Clackamas, OR, known for taking on a wide range of projects—from highly technical to simple builds. We take pride in our ability to handle virtually any fabrication job and deliver quality work across multiple industries.
What You’ll Do:
As a Welder Fabricator, you’ll work with various shop equipment to complete fabrication projects to spec. Duties include:

Welding using FCAW (flux core) and potentially other methods

Operating drill presses and other fabrication machinery

Reading and interpreting blueprints

Measuring and inspecting parts for accuracy

Contributing to a team-driven, quality-focused environment

What You Need to Have: The Musts:

Minimum of 3+ years welding experience

Strong FCAW (flux core arc welding) skills
-
Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately

Hands-on experience with general shop equipment

Blueprint reading proficiency

Some TIG welding experience (not required, but a plus)
