We Are Hiring!
Position: Welder & Assembly Technician
Location: Auburn, WA (In-Person)
Pay: $23–$28/hour DOE
Schedule: Day Shift (Monday–Friday)
Who We Are:
A long-established manufacturing company specializing in road maintenance equipment is seeking a skilled Welder / Assembly Technician to join its production team.
What You’ll Do:
- Assemble high-quality products using technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Perform full machine assembly.
- Complete MIG welding, cutting, and fabrication tasks.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and accurately.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and work collaboratively with the production team.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.

What You Need to Have:
- 3–5 years of MIG welding experience
- Experience with welding, cutting, and full machine assembly
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and light machinery
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Experience performing quality inspections
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures
- Fabrication experience
- Must love dogs!
The Musts:
- 3–5 years of MIG welding experience
- Full machine assembly experience
- Fabrication experience
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong safety awareness and quality focus
Preferred:
- Mechanical assembly experience, including plumbing and wiring
