Position: Waterjet Operator
Location: Clackamas, OR
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00+ DOE
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM, 4x10 schedule

What You’ll Do:
- Operate Flow waterjet machinery to cut various materials according to specifications.
- Set up and monitor machines throughout production.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Load and unload materials safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety and production procedures.
- $20–$23/hr to start
- Day shift, Monday–Thursday
- 4x10 schedule

- Experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to safely handle materials and work on your feet throughout the shift.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Previous experience operating a waterjet or similar industrial machinery.
- Ability to learn and follow machine operating procedures.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining production and quality standards.
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Previous experience with Flow waterjets.
- CNC machine operating experience.
- Experience with other cutting, fabrication, or production equipment.
- Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience.
