Water Mitigation Technician

Job Description
Position: Water Mitigation Technician (Multiple Openings)
Location:Â Eugene, OR.
Pay: $20/hour + Bonuses
Schedule: Monday – Friday (On-Call May Be Required)

We’re a fast-moving, professional emergency response team, providing top-tier water, fire, and biohazard restoration services across the region. Our goal is to deliver reliable, efficient service when customers need it most—24/7, 365 days a year.
What You’ll Do:

Respond to water damage and mitigation calls
-
Enter crawlspaces and confined areas as needed
-
Handle sewage cleanup (includes $100 bonus per call)

Perform biohazard and trauma scene cleanup
-
Follow safety protocols and wear PPE (provided)

Use company-provided tools and equipment
-
Work closely with team and management to complete jobs efficiently

What You Need to Have:

Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR
-
Able to pass a background check
-
Willingness to work hard and get hands dirty

Comfort with crawlspaces and physically demanding work

Experience in mitigation or restoration (preferred but not required)
The Musts:

Must be reliable and team-oriented
-
Must be okay working in messy, challenging environments
-
Must be available for emergency calls when needed
