Position: Mitigation Manager

What You’ll Do:

Greet homeowners/customers and respond to job sites
-
Inspect and assess work to be completed
-
Ensure proper documentation for estimates
-
Coordinate with estimators, adjusters, and insurance agents
-
Maintain customer communication throughout the project
-
Schedule technicians, subcontractors, finish carpenters, and drywallers
-
Perform quality control inspections
-
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
-
Collect and turn in payments from customers or insurers
-
Organize after-hours emergency response crews

Mitigation experience (a plus)

WRT or ASD certification
The Musts:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and quality control

Available for emergency response when needed
Preferred:

Prior experience in mitigation or restoration
-
Familiarity with insurance processes and estimates
