Opening: Warehouse RTS Inventory Control/Deliver
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $21hr + $1,000 sign on bonus after 30 days & $1,000 bonus after a year
A long-standing Alaska retail organization is actively hiring Warehouse and Delivery Team Members to support furniture distribution and customer delivery operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants long-term career stability with a company that promotes from within.
This team plays a key role in warehouse operations, delivery preparation, inventory movement, customer pickups, and safe transportation of merchandise throughout the Anchorage area.

A long-standing Alaska retail organization is actively hiring Warehouse and Delivery Team Members to support furniture distribution and customer delivery operations. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants long-term career stability with a company that promotes from within.
This team plays a key role in warehouse operations, delivery preparation, inventory movement, customer pickups, and safe transportation of merchandise throughout the Anchorage area.
What You’ll Do:
- Receive, organize, transfer, and pick merchandise within the warehouse
- Prepare furniture and merchandise for delivery
- Assist customers with merchandise pickups and load-outs
- Safely operate company trucks and warehouse equipment
- Load and unload large furniture items
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors
- Follow company safety procedures and operational processes
- Support inventory control and delivery preparation functions
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT health screening
- Ability to consistently lift 100–150 lbs
- Comfortable bending, lifting, reaching, and standing throughout the shift
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to safely operate warehouse tools and equipment
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening
