Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver
Pay: $20/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver to join a fast-paced team environment. This role is responsible for handling products from receiving through shipping, maintaining accurate inventory, and completing local deliveries. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and comfortable working in both warehouse and driving settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product handling from receiving through final shipment
- Load and unload finished products and raw materials daily
- Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and enter into inventory systems
- Pick, pull, allocate, and distribute products to proper locations
- Package and stage materials for shipping, including shrink wrapping, boxing, and labeling
- Ship products using various methods, including national carriers and customer pickups
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting
- Complete local pickups and deliveries as needed
- Support light fabrication or assembly tasks, including hose assembly, testing, and finishing (if applicable)
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or delivery experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Frequently lift up to 70 lbs
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead
- Work on concrete flooring for extended periods
- Ability to climb ladders as needed
- Work in a warehouse environment with moving equipment and fluctuating temperatures
