WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Welding Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of welding techniques to fabricate, repair, and modify a variety of equipment and materials as needed.
Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to efficiently load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support project requirements, utilizing your welding skills to assist in the realization of project goals.
Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by carefully documenting materials movement and ensuring proper storage.
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety guidelines and protocols to create a secure work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Efficiency Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute insights to streamline warehouse operations.
Problem Solving: Utilize your analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during welding, forklift operation, or warehouse tasks.
Organizational Skills: Keep the warehouse organized and materials properly stored to facilitate quick and accurate retrieval.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
Hourly starting at $18 DOE
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
Previous experience in a warehouse environment, with a proven track record of welding expertise and forklift operation proficiency.
Proficient knowledge of various welding techniques, equipment, and safety measures.
Valid forklift operator certification and a demonstrated ability to safely operate different types of forklifts.
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.
Effective communication skills, enabling smooth collaboration with team members and other departments.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to tackle challenges as they arise.
