OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!
Location: Beaverton, Oregon
Compensation: Starting at $20+ per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Shifts Available: 6:00am–2:30pm or 8:00am–4:30pm
40 hours/week + OT available
Who We Are:
A well-established company is looking to add reliable and hardworking Warehouse Workers / Order Pickers to their growing team. This role is essential in ensuring accurate, on-time order fulfillment while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment.
What You'll Do:
- Pick, pull, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Read and interpret pick tickets, packing lists, invoices, and shipping documents
- Verify inventory and retrieve items from shelves or bins
- Prepare orders for packing, shipping, and loading
- Maintain a high level of accuracy with minimal mis-picks
- Assist with loading/unloading and other warehouse duties as needed
- Work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Support other departments and complete additional tasks as assigned

What You Need to Have:
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Experience operating material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to read and understand warehouse documents (BOLs, pick tickets, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Professional attitude with a focus on safety and efficiency
