Known for providing exceptional patient care and orthodontic treatments, our client is seeking a compassionate and organized Treatment Coordinator to join their team. If you’re passionate about patient care and thrive in a busy clinic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing patients regarding treatment plans and financial options.
- Coordinate patient treatment schedules, ensuring timely and efficient appointments.
- Educate patients and their families on orthodontic procedures and what to expect during treatment.
- Manage patient records, treatment plans, and insurance paperwork.
- Work closely with orthodontists and clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal care.
- Follow up with patients regarding treatment progress and answer any questions they may have.
- Provide support for front desk staff as needed, including greeting patients and answering phones.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or dental office, especially in a treatment coordinator or patient care role, preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with clinical staff.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with orthodontic or dental procedures is a plus.
