OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING – Trailer Lube Technician
Location: Aurora, OR
Pay: $20.00–$23.50/hr
Schedule: Full-Time | 8am-5pm

A locally owned and established family business with a solid fleet of 30 trucks is looking for an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join their team. They have been providing reliable transportation services since 1989. We value hard work, safety, and pride in workmanship. What You’ll Do
As a Trailer Lube Technician, you’ll be responsible for preventative maintenance and upkeep of flatbed trailers to ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team while maintaining clean and organized work areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform preventative maintenance inspections on flatbed trailers
- Document all work performed on fleet equipment
- Assist with administrative compliance related to state and federal regulations
- Operate material handling equipment
- Support minor mechanical and/or building maintenance as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the yard and work areas
- Follow safety procedures and properly use equipment
- Assist with cargo securement, strapping, and tarping as needed
- 1+ year of trailer maintenance experience (required)
- Basic mechanical skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team
- Knowledge of cargo securement, strapping, and tarping (a plus)
- Solid work history
