Opening: Tire Technician (Permanent & Seasonal)
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $19 - $25 DOE

Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a leading tire service center in Anchorage, AK, known for its extensive inventory and exceptional customer service. As a large and reputable shop, we're expanding our team and looking for both permanent and seasonal Tire Technicians. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that values hard work, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires, wheels, and vehicles to identify necessary repairs or replacements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, advising customers on the best tire options based on their needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
- Utilize and maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Work efficiently to meet service timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a tire technician preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with various tools and equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
