Opening: Full Time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
City: Vancouver, WAÂ
Opti staffing is working with a local manufacturer who is hiring a full time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. Â They are looking for someone who is presentable, takes the initiative, and is a self-starter.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Wage: $22 per hour

Opti staffing is working with a local manufacturer who is hiring a full time Receptionist / Administrative Assistant. Â They are looking for someone who is presentable, takes the initiative, and is a self-starter.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the front desk answering phones, checking voicemails, making outbound calls, checking emails
- Maintain a small front lobby
- Opening and closing duties
- Follow a list of day-to-day tasks as assigned by Office Manager
- Light job duties for A/R
- Interactions and light job duties for the foreman and other warehouse staff
- Call on vendors for inventory and back orders in the NW and the East Coast
- Inbound and outbound mail
- Scheduling
- Maintaining social media and blog
- Running errands such as for supplies and bank deposits
- Office inventory
- Must be presentable and maintain a professional appearance
- Communicative and personable
- Customer Service experience
- Responding well to constructive feedback
- Reception and light office experience
- Must be comfortable with seeking assistance when it’s needed
- Able to work independently and trouble shoot as needed
- Microsoft Office
- Social Media
Wage: $22 per hour
