WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Answer and route incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Provide information to patients regarding appointments, services, and general inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and assist with rescheduling or cancellations.
- Maintain accurate records of patient communications and update the database as needed.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure seamless patient service.
- Handle patient concerns with empathy and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous customer service or call center experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry.
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a focus on providing excellent patient care.
