WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Organize and maintain patient medical records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure timely processing of medical documentation and information.
- Retrieve, file, and update patient records as required.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support administrative tasks.
- Adhere to clinic protocols and HIPAA compliance standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Organize and maintain patient medical records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Ensure timely processing of medical documentation and information.
- Retrieve, file, and update patient records as required.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support administrative tasks.
