Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a large medical clinic in Anchorage to find a Temporary HR Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone with administrative experience who is looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources within the healthcare industry.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Temporary HR Assistant, you will provide essential administrative support to the HR team. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with employee records management, including medical records and compliance documentation
- Supporting onboarding and hiring processes, such as background checks, drug screenings, and TB testing verification
- Managing and organizing confidential HR files and documentation
- Assisting with scheduling interviews and coordinating communication between departments
- Providing general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and correspondence
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous administrative experience required (HR experience a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment and meet compliance requirements
- Background check, drug screening, medical records, and TB test clearance required
