Opti Staffing Group is partnering with a well-respected charitable association in Anchorage, AK, in its search for a Temporary Data Entry Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and eager to support a meaningful cause through their work.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Enter and update data accurately into organizational databases and systems.
- Verify and cross-check data for errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive donor and operational information.
- Assist with compiling reports and organizing records as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate data management.
- Perform other administrative tasks to support the team as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Prior experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred.
