Opening: Temporary Concierge Service Coordinator
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $25 - $28 per hour DOE

Opti Staffing is proud to partner with a respected organization in Anchorage seeking a temporary Concierge Service Coordinator to provide exceptional service and ensure a seamless guest experience. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational and interpersonal skills who thrives in a dynamic environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Guest Assistance: Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, providing recommendations, and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Scheduling & Coordination: Arrange appointments, reservations, and special requests for guests, managing schedules to deliver a smooth experience.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and handle communications with professionalism and efficiency.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any guest concerns or issues with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a hospitality or concierge setting.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A friendly, approachable demeanor with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
