Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Temporary Telemarketer to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling banners, billboards, and various other forms of print media to potential clients over the phone. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our range of print media products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
- Identify and understand client needs, and tailor sales pitches accordingly to showcase the benefits of our print media solutions.
- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate sales contracts and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and targets.
- Keep detailed records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales calls, and sales orders.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for reaching sales goals and expanding our client base.
- Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track sales activities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
