Job Description
Opening: Part-Time, Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Newburg, OR
Pay: $22-24 per hour
Schedule: 20 hours a week - flexible schedule between 7am-5pm. September through January

We are a company dedicated to making quality food manufacturing equipment with a global reach. Our equipment can cover material handlers, frying, seasoning, and conveying.

What You'll Do:
- Review and verify calculations of incoming billings
- Matching invoices with purchase orders
- Input POs
- Check authorizations
- Post entries to accounting system
- Reconcile bills
- Investigate questionable
- Process checks
- Work closely with cost accountant
- Assist in monthly closing
- Other duties as needed
- $22-24 per hour
- Flexible schedule - you can work 3 full days a week or 5 half days!
- Gain experience with Accounts Payable
- Training on a different software than what other companies are offering
What You Need to Have:
- 1-2 years experience in accounts payable or accounting
- Basic Microsoft Excel experience
- An eager attitude with a passion for accounting
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred:
- A Bachelors in Accounting
- Experience working with the manufacturing industry
