Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Technical Trainers are responsible for teaching classes of 2 to 10 people in technical discussions about the Companies Vertical Diffusion Furnaces. Technical Trainers must also develop new training curriculum and materials to support the curriculum of the classes. Technical Trainer must possess the ability to interface with customer’s employees with patience and professionalism. Some travel is required.
Level II Trainers need to possess Instructor level knowledge of 3 tool types including one legacy tool (Vertron 3A, 3F, 3J, V5, Zestone 3B etc) and two current tools (Z3CN, Quixace, Asher, MMT, etc).
Level II Trainers are also required to understand and participate in the administration functions of the Training Department in an area such as Flex-Training, Records Keeping, or Scheduling and Billing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
• 2 years’ in electronic training school or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE:
• 2 years’ experience in electronic equipment repair and 4 years of classroom training experience.
