Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Deliver remote support and/or on-site support as needed to both internal and to his/her assigned external customers with some assistance from TSE-III and/or TSS. Some travel will be required. Coordinate internal and external resources needed to complete complex projects and solve problems with assistance from TSE-III and/or TSS. Prepare assigned fail-safe task procedures with some supervision. Administer internal Company technical support – Customer administrative programs as assigned such as calibration and technical documentation programs. Alert supervisor of any customer issues in accordance with the established escalation procedure. Promote robust information networking practices within the global Company team. Work with materials department to identify part and validate warranty claims with little to no supervision. TSEII are required to be trainer certified, and assist the Training Dept., when needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
• A.S. Electronics Engineering or related field of study
EXPERIENCE:
• 7+ years in an Electro-mechanical hardware support role.
• 4+ years direct experience with Company 200mm/300mm systems.
• Prior experience in electrical, electronics and mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Company Training Certificate required after one year from start of the position
• Willing to travel and provide support during off-hours.
