OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING! Opening: Technical Report Associate
Location: Portland, OR (On-Site)
Pay: $21.00/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Full-Time | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Prepare customized technical reports using Microsoft Word templates
  • Accurately enter testing data and customer information into reports
  • Review reports to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications
  • Prioritize report completion based on deadlines and customer needs
  • Communicate with internal departments to clarify information and complete reports accurately
  • Organize and maintain electronic and physical job files
  • Provide occasional administrative support, including answering phones and assisting with document distribution
  • Perform other administrative and reporting duties as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
  • Professional communication skills
PREFERRED:
  • Associate degree
  • Previous administrative, document control, reporting, or data entry experience
  • Experience working with technical documents or detailed reporting
THE MUSTS:
  • Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Comfortable working with repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
  • Able to learn technical terminology and documentation requirements
  • Dependable, organized, and able to meet deadlines
  • Able to occasionally lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
