Opening: Technical Customer Service Representative
City: Mulino, OR
Pay: $20-25/hr DOE!
Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm (HYBRID 4 days wk. AFTER 90 DAYS)

What You’ll Do:
As the Technical Customer Support Specialist, duties will include but not be limited to: frontline technical support for PC design CAD software; general customer service calls/emails; coach/train customers involving circuit board design software; monitor/respond to customer inquiries; process orders; provide quotes, solutions, and recommendations to both internal and external customers; and more.
What’s In It For You:
The position is Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm (some flexibility and occasional evening check in)
Pay is $20-25/hr. DOE

What You Need to Have:
Minimum 2years’ technical phone support or related experience
Customer Service Support experience, both phone and email
Strong technical/math skills
Strong communication skills, written & verbal
Able to learn new software and provide customer support for that software
Preferred but not required:
PCB Layout experience
Bilingual in Spanish
