What You'll Do:
- Lead the planning, preparation, and review of individual and business tax returns.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategic financial decisions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service.
- Review complex tax returns and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Mentor, train, and develop staff while providing technical guidance and leadership.
- Manage workflow, project deadlines, and client deliverables during busy tax seasons.
- Collaborate with firm leadership on client service initiatives and business growth.
- Identify planning opportunities that create value for clients while minimizing tax exposure.
- Support continuous process improvements and contribute to the firm's long-term success.
- $120,000–$140,000 annual salary DOE

- CPA license in active standing
- 7–10+ years of public accounting experience
- Experience preparing and reviewing individual, business, partnership, and corporate tax returns
- Strong technical knowledge of tax laws, compliance, and planning strategies
- Experience reviewing the work of other tax professionals
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Leadership experience mentoring, coaching, and developing staff
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Lacerte, ProSystem fx Engagement, QuickBooks, and Practice CS is highly preferred
