Job Description
Position:Â TEMP Receptionist (1-2 month assignment)
Location: Aurora, OR
Pay:Â $21 - $23 per hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30-4PM

What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming calls
- Welcome walk ins
- Use customer service software (Zendesk) to manage inquiries, schedule will call orders, and maintain customer contact records.
- Assist front office staff as needed with administrative tasks.
- Maintain Professionalism: Ensure the front counter and lobby area reflect a clean, organized, and welcoming atmosphere.

- Relevant work experience. 1-2 years of relevant receptionist, retail, administrative or customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft suit.
