Location: Wilsonville, Oregon
Compensation: $20.70/hr. (This includes shift differential)
Hours:Â Monday - Thursday from 2pm to 12am

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a swing shift quality control/shipping associate at our Wilsonville, OR location.
What You'll Do:

Clean and inspect all countertop pieces for each order

Verify that all order details match the labels, including color, edge profile, backsplash, sink model and color
-
Check surface finish, measurements, and seams for defects; report any issues to the Supervisor

Load and organize all components of completed orders onto carts and move them to the staging area or designated shipping location

Ensure all items are properly labeled and meet quality standards before loading

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor

What You Need to Have:

Strong track record of quality work and attention to detail

Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure to confirm product dimensions

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a reliable team player
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Prior experience in quality control or shipping is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential; occasional Saturday overtime may be required
