Job Description
Support Administrator – Operations & Inventory Management
Location:Â Hillsboro, OR
Compensation:Â Up to $23/hr, DOE
Hours: 7am – 4pm
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Training shift: Mon-Fri 7am-4pm
- Training Duration: 4-6 weeks (paid)

In addition to the supply of consumable products and equipment, we offer specialized services including Kanban programs, VMI, Technical solutions, and on-site service provision. With global manufacturers of cleanroom products. We have quickly become recognized experts in the industry working with some of the biggest names internationally.

- Manage project tasks identified by the Site Manager to improve the performance of processes and deliverables
- Deal with customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Liaise with customers to resolve Issues, answer questions, etc.
- Perform various actions, reporting and input of information on software system as required
- Liaise effectively with internal team members to complete tasks and distribute information
- Ability to successfully pass a full drug screen and background check
- Problem solving aptitude, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Ability to use own initiative and work independently
- Strong technical ability
- Tech savvy
- Previous experience using software systems e.g., SAP, Microsoft Projects, MS Office Suite with a moderate to high proficiency in Excel
- Good Interpersonal skills with ability to deliver a high deliver a high level of customer service in a friendly and polite manner
- Flexible, reliable, hard-working with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with extended periods on your feet
