Position: Industrial Painter

Location: Kelso, Washington

Pay:

  • $24+ per hour DOE (for the pros who know their airless sprayers, epoxies, polyurethanes & zinc-rich primers)

  • $20–$24 per hour starting wage

Schedule:

  • Full-time

  • Steady hours. Steady pay. No starving artist vibes here.

Our Client is a leading industrial manufacturing facility that takes steel seriously. Very seriously. We build high-quality products and need someone who can lay down a flawless coat like it’s second nature.

What You’ll Do:

  • Turn raw structural steel into a clean, coated masterpiece

  • Prep like a pro — cleaning, sanding, priming

  • Spray with confidence using airless equipment

  • Apply epoxies, polyurethanes, and zinc-rich primers like you mean it

  • Keep equipment maintained and supplies organized

  • Follow safety rules (because looking cool in PPE is still cool)

What You Need to Have:

  • Minimum 2 years of industrial painting experience

  • Experience with airless sprayers & industrial coatings

  • Background working on structural steel

  • Strong attention to detail (drips are not a design feature)

  • Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of paint systems and safety procedures

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

The Musts:

  • 2+ years industrial painting

  • Airless spray experience

  • Structural steel coating experience

  • Show up ready to work

Preferred:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Advanced understanding of industrial coating systems
