Opening: Store Manager
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $24 to $30 per hour DOE

We are partnering with a locally owned retail business in Anchorage seeking a self sufficient Store Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a small team. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, enjoys learning the business from the ground up, and is comfortable running a store without constant oversight.

We are partnering with a locally owned retail business in Anchorage seeking a self sufficient Store Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a small team. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, enjoys learning the business from the ground up, and is comfortable running a store without constant oversight.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Manage and supervise a team of 4 to 7 employees
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Train and onboard new team members
- Oversee daily store operations and customer experience
- Maintain organization, workflow, and accountability on the floor
- Learn product and service offerings and support customers as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and make day to day decisions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Mechanical aptitude or comfort with technology is a plus but not required
- Willingness to learn hands on skills related to cell phones, computer batteries, and key fobs
