Opening: Sr. Electrical Engineer
Location: Anchorage, AK
Pay: $100,000 – $120,000+ DOE

Opti Staffing Group is proud to partner with a respected and growing electrical contracting company in Anchorage. With a focus on commercial, industrial, and design-build projects, they are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team and help lead innovative projects from concept through completion.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Designing electrical systems for commercial and industrial facilities
• Overseeing and reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and submittals
• Providing technical support and guidance to project managers and field staff
• Conducting load calculations, short circuit analysis, and coordination studies
• Ensuring compliance with NEC, state, and local codes
• Working closely with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
REQUIREMENTS:
• B.S. in Electrical Engineering (required)
• PE License in the State of Alaska or ability to obtain
• 7+ years of experience in electrical design and engineering, preferably in commercial/industrial sectors
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical calculation software
• Strong communication and leadership skills
