Job Description
OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!
Compensation will depend on experience and knowledge of the Industry. *Candidates selected for an interview, will also be required to take a soldering test*
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years hand soldering experience (THOL, SMT components, lead and RoHS)
- Experience with soldering under a microscope is preferred
- Exhibit technical aptitude in prior work experience
- IPC training (IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001, IPC-7711/7721) a plus
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Attention to detail is of high importance for quality purposes
- Ability to change tasks swiftly without hesitation or error
- Ability to read and follow written instructions/diagrams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to focus while performing detailed tasks
