We Are Hiring!
Position: Millwright – Graveyard
Location: Woodland, WA
Pay: $26.67 – $43.34 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Graveyard Shift
Start: TBD
Who We Are:
A manufacturing facility offering long-term career opportunities, hands-on training, and a supportive team environment focused on growth, safety, and accountability.
What You’ll Do:
-
Install, align, level, and secure production equipment using specifications, blueprints, and technical documents
-
Perform vibration analysis and anchor equipment as needed
-
Troubleshoot machinery malfunctions and equipment failures
-
Conduct routine maintenance and mechanical repairs
-
Assemble, test, and maintain electrical equipment, appliances, and fixtures
-
Dismantle, repair, or replace defective mechanical and electrical parts
-
Mount motors, transformers, lighting fixtures, and complete circuits per diagrams
-
Follow all safety protocols, including Lock Out/Tag Out procedures

What You Need to Have:

High school diploma or GED
-
4–6 years of electrical and machine experience
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
The Musts:
-
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
-
Basic hydraulic knowledge and experience with production equipment
-
Familiarity with welding, cutting, and mechanical tools
-
Understanding of workplace and equipment safety standards

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
-
Technical school or skilled trade program completion
