Opening: Maintenance Supervisor
City: Woodinville and Redmond, Wa Facilites

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Key responsibilities include supervising Maintenance Associates, overseeing day-to-day facility and equipment maintenance, and ensuring all critical systems support ongoing Manufacturing and R&D operations. The role involves managing preventive maintenance programs, minimizing equipment downtime, and maintaining safe, efficient, and fully functional work environments. The position requires oversight of department budgets, use of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Work will take place across multiple campuses and may require flexibility in scheduling to meet operational needs. Strong leadership, technical knowledge, and organizational skills are essential to maintain business continuity and support site operations during the backfill period.

$75-$80/hr doe

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: Hands-on experience in facility and equipment maintenance, along with prior supervisory experience. The ability to lead a team, manage preventive maintenance, and support manufacturing and R&D operations is essential.
