Job Description
WE’RE HIRING!
Position: Production Assistant
Location: Greater Vancouver Area, WA
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, mandatory Saturdays when busy

We are a well-established fabrication shop specializing in building paper mill filters and custom pipe systems using materials like fiberglass. Our team is tight-knit, experienced, and passionate about delivering high-quality work.
What You’ll Do:
As a Fiberglass Fabrication Assistant, you will:

Assist in building paper mill filters and custom pipe systems
-
Work with materials such as fiberglass
-
Be comfortable in a dirty, dusty environment
-
Tolerate the smell of epoxy/chemicals (respirators available if needed but not required)

What You Need to Have: The Musts:

Interest in learning a trade and fabrication

Fiberglass experience
-
General knowledge of power tools and tape measure (grinding)

Blueprint reading
-
Ability to cut material accurately
-
Reliable transportation (not on bus line)
-
Coachable personality and ability to learn quickly
-
Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs
Preferred:
-
Previous experience in fabrication or industrial environments is a plus, but not required
