OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!
Position: Operator 2
Location: Vancouver, WA 
Pay: $18/hr + Shift Differential
Schedule:

  • Regular Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM

  • Training Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do
As an Operator 2, you will:

  • Prepare, clean, load, inspect, and run parts in 1 to 4 production machines.

  • Follow written instructions, work orders, and standard programs.

  • Operate under moderate supervision from a supervisor or lead.

What You Need to Have The Musts:

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Willingness to work night shifts and train on day shifts

  • Basic mechanical aptitude
Preferred:

  • Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience

  • Familiarity with production processes
