Position: Maintenance Specialist 2
Location: 703 Broadway St Suite 690, Vancouver, WA 98660
Pay: $18–$20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

What You’ll Do:
As a Maintenance Specialist 2, you will:

Perform a range of building and plant maintenance tasks
-
Support the facility team with mechanical, hydraulic, electric, and electronic systems
-
Work under close supervision, following established procedures
-
Take on assignments that are semi-routine, with some need for deviation from standard practices
-
Collaborate with outside vendors when needed
-
Participate in P5S (Productivity, Safety, Standardization, Sustainability, and Sanitation) activities

What You Need to Have: The Musts:

Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems

Ability to follow instructions and established procedures

Willingness to work under supervision

Strong work ethic and reliability

Previous experience in a maintenance or facilities role
-
Familiarity with P5S or similar continuous improvement methodologies
-
Ability to interact professionally with vendors and coworkers
