Position: MIG Welder Fabricator
Location: Greater Vancouver Area
Pay: $25-30 (Depends on Experience) – Evaluations after 90 days
Schedule: Full-time | Swing | 3:30pm-12:00am

What You’ll Do:
As a Fabricator, you will:

Interpret and follow detailed blueprints and customer specifications
-
Fabricate and process materials for structural projects
-
Perform structural MIG welding with precision and accuracy
-
Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
-
Maintain a focus on safety and productivity

What You Need to Have: The Musts:

2+ years of MIG Welding experience
-
2+ years of fabrication experience
-
Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently
-
Strong work ethic and coachable attitude
-
Reliable transportation
-
AWS D1.1 Certifications (2G/3G/4G)
-
Formal training from college or trade school
-
WABO certifications – huge plus!
-
Strong blueprint reading skills
