OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!
Position: Warehouse / Parts Puller
Location: Kalama, WA
Pay: $20+/hr DOE (Discussed during Interview)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Overtime as needed

What You’ll Do:

Pick and pack parts accurately based on packing slips and shipping orders
-
Verify items against documentation to ensure accuracy
-
Prepare domestic and international shipments (boxing, labeling, wrapping, etc.)

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
-
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders
-
Maintain inventory records in the system
-
Keep the warehouse clean and organized
-
Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits

Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment

What You Need to Have:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Strong attention to detail, safety mindset, and work ethic
-
Good communication and teamwork skills
-
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
-
Comfortable using basic warehouse tools and equipment
The Musts:
-
Previous warehouse or parts pulling experience
-
Reliable transportation and attendance
-
Forklift experience (or willingness to get certified), self-motivated, and driven!
Preferred:
-
Familiarity with heavy equipment or forestry parts
-
Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems
-
Mechanically inclined and general math skills
