OPTI STAFFING GROUP IS HIRING!
Opening: Industrial Millwright
Location: Tacoma, WA, with frequent travel up to 50% (per diem included!)
Pay: $35-$40+/hr DOE

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Millwright, you’ll be responsible for installing, assembling, and setting up industrial machinery and equipment based on layout plans, blueprints, and technical drawings. You’ll also handle the repair, maintenance, and refurbishment of machinery to ensure it operates safely and efficiently—always in line with factory and industry standards. This role is key to keeping production equipment running smoothly and minimizing downtime in industrial environments.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
$35-$40/hr DOE
7am-4pm (may vary by job)
Overtime when needed
401k plan with company match
Employee stock ownership plan (ESOP)
PTO and Holidays
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
Candidates should have at least 3 years of mechanical or industrial experience, with rigging required and welding as a plus. Strong mechanical skills, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and a methodical work approach are essential. The role requires organization, teamwork, and willingness to work overtime, including weekends. A clean driving record is necessary. Physically, the job involves lifting up to 50 lbs, working in confined or elevated spaces, climbing ladders, and performing tasks that require bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods. Candidates must be comfortable in non-climate-controlled environments, wear PPE correctly, and have good vision, hearing, balance, and manual dexterity.
