OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING!

Location: Seattle, WA // Field Based – Travel Required
Compensation: $30 – $50/hr. DOE
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Full-Time (40 hrs + OT Eligible) 7am-5pm

What You’ll Do:
This is a High Speed Door Technician role where you’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish. You will lead crews, oversee installations, troubleshoot and repair doors, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers in the field. This is not a routine maintenance role—you’ll be challenged to problem-solve, lead by example, and deliver professional results every time.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading crews on installations and service jobs

  • Installing high-speed door systems independently

  • Troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing doors and controls

  • Communicating directly with customers and leadership

  • Preparing quotes and spotting new service opportunities

What You Need to Have:

  • Mechanical ability (required); electrical experience preferred
